Trulieve Ocala Dispensary

This TL seems to always have better strains than the other Ocala store for some reason ? The store is much smaller than most TL I've been to
Even in my  power wheelchair ♿️ 👩‍🦼, I  Iwas Still able to get around easily and get what I wanted and out the door with ease . Great store to stop quickly and get on with your day . The staff was kind and did a good job.
My van died in the parking lot and 2 men walked over and stayed with me helping me get my van started so I could get home . I wish I had asked who they were so I could thank them publicly but never got the chance😒 .  Great store Great products 👌!

Love this store because it's close to home and it's the only one, js. I'm super friendly but seems like the pot store might need to be allowed to smoke st work so they could be more informative.  Actually no one is very helpful when trying to get what I'm looking for. So I gave 5 stars because your all I have, lol

Stopped in at this location today to pick up an order I placed online.  Last time  I ordered there was  an issue with receiving the wrong product and being upset I gave a pretty bad google review. I had no intentions of even mentioning it today but the associate who made the error with my order recognized me and apparently checks the google reviews frequently.  I’m blown away by the level of professionalism displayed by the associate and I was given the correct product from my previous order  no questions asked. All I can say is that’s customer  service!   Thank you to the associate and Trulieve for making it right.

Everyone at this place is top notch professional and extremely friendly! Besides the fact they have the best deals in town.

Never any issue with the stores in Ocala. Just happy this one opened on the other end. Great associates at both locations!💯 a happy customer!
