Wow. What an amazing place! From beginning to end, everyone was so kind and patient with me, which was nice since I'm a newb. It was a very mellow and educational experience-- I walked out far more confident and informed than when I walked in.

The staff is so great and friendly! They're always very helpful and knowledgeable.
The manager on the other hand is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had to two issues with her so far, one of which she lied about going into my account and placing an order saying it was someone else with same name. I really do love this store and don't want to go anywhere else. She makes it an unpleasant experience. Everyone else has been amazing and so nice.
I don't ever have issues with the wait time.
