I had the pleasure of dealing with Roy and Julie. They were nothing short of amazing!!

As a first time customer. I wasn't very sure what I was doing. Or where to even start , I didn't realize the amount of options I had here at this place but when it was all done I left with a bag filled to the top of everything I could get within my budget and roy helped Me all the way through. This crew is awesome from the manager to the staff.Good vibes I will be back

I absolutely love this place. The staff are absolutely amazing and the location is awesome for me. Raysha is an absolutely wonderful associate. I have dealt with her many times and she always gives me the most amazing vibes. Only critique I have is they need to hire more people so the greeter could greet and the associates working the registers could work the registers. Think there would be a much better flow and less stress for the wonderful workers. Other than that, excellent dispensary.

This location typically seems to be decently stocked with product and availability, however, the last four visits have been worse and worse. It seems like they are having an issue with staffing at this location and there is consistently a wait. No matter if you place your order 24 hours in advance, it will not be ready when you arrive. I waited 15 minutes to be greeted to be added to the waitlist, and then an additional 25 minutes for my pick up order that was placed three hours prior to my arrival. I definitely think this location needs to work on adequate staffing for the demand in the area. I have never been to this location without at least 10 people in the waiting room.

Whoever is the curvy black girl with the long braids needs to update her skills and find a better customer service position because this one is not it. I walked up kindly said good morning. We bantered back-and-forth shortly in a comedic way because she was joking with her coworker that was next to her. I’ve worked in the healthcare industry, almost 20 years, this store is a medical facility. You need to treat your patience with respect and I have been loyally coming to this location since it was in a trailer.I ordered two $30 trupods through the website this morning and it said it was $30 for Non CDT, which the ones I ordered were not and it said this under daily deals. This girl said well we’re at the end of the transaction so I can’t do anything anyway. Then when the manager shows up the short guy already dealing with issues of people having to wait extra long because of whatever situation they had in the store yesterday came over and she started saying that he wants a store credit. I said No, The website says that they should be $30 but they rang up as 40 so it’s not that I want the price to be less. It should be ringing up less per your website.  I told the manager that she should not have said what she said to me, then she decides to turn her head to the manager and say what is he saying about me? So absolutely disrespectful and gross! This would never have escalated to the situation it was had she had just worded her phrasing the correct way when dealing with a patient who is picking up medicine.That is not how you start this situation OK I just pointed out that your company’s website said that the price should be $30 but you rang it up for 40 and I would like it for the correct price. I told the manager I am not one to go anywhere and cause a ruckus. I waited patiently over 20 minutes for them to help me and did not say anything! Conveniently, they also kept my receipt so I do not know the name of this person. She looks like that girl Bernice from South Beach tow. That girl is ridiculous! I acknowledge that I failed to ask what the total was prior to her scanning my phone, However, she also failed to give me the total which I’m sure is part of her responsibility as an employee of this establishment as every other person has done per my experience.

Horrible wait times, the time it would take you to drive to Orlando and back is about how long you gonna wait so might as well just do it, staff is cool doesn't seem to be on them seems as cooperate not trying to help them.
EDIT: staff is pretty amazing went to this location early this morning and i can tell everyone is making an effort to improve!
