Stopped by to get help with my gasteroparesis, fibromyalgia, small nerve neuropathy and generalized pain today.

I was greeted by an extremely clean and well maintained store. When entering the building I was immediately greeted by Iain.
Once he found out I was new he immediately helped me establish a rewards account and reviewed procedure, while he set up the store profile.  After he proceeded to give me a tour of the beautiful facility and its offering.
When needed they have a consultation room to ask and learn about anything you may need. They offer restrooms, seating, and pamphlets or brochures for you to research before you buy or you can simply ask as well. They also offer goodies shirts and a few memorable items for sell.
They offer tinctures, flower, chocolate edibles, vapes, and some tools as seem fit for the product. ( lighters, vapes. Herbal inhalers. Rolling papers..etc)0

Max assisted me at the register during checkout and was very fast and to the point. He made sure to stay kind empathetic and attentive during the transaction.

Overall Iain and max made for a warming and comforting experience today filled with lots of knowledge, respect, and empathy for they're clients.

I've been to both the WBP & the Oviedo locations and this one is a whole vibe! Seriously I love this location. Shame it's so far from my area but absolutely worth it for when I come out to vacation by St Pete!

Absolutely 10/10 customer service ! I've recently started coming here more often and the employees are SO friendly. Customers are always welcomed in and guided through their services, you can genuinely tell the employees care and want the best for their customers :). Had an issue with the limits on my medical card this morning and called rise, Anissa picked up and not only guided me through the process but gave me great advice and helpful information. Even after this call, she remembered my name and greeted me in store when I came to pick up my order to ensure everything went alright! She made me feel not only confident but very comfortable in the situation, thank you!
