From the moment I stepped foot in the door I was greeted with a “ Hello, welcome home to Curaleaf.  The person who assisted me was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.  I forgot the name of the person who assisted me. I will only go to this dispensary from now on based on the way I was treated.  They made me feel at home and treated me with dignity and respect. They made sure I knew everything about my purchase.  Great employees at a great dispensary

I simply cannot believe the customer service at this location! Every single time I walk in either Maggie, Bernadette or Dani yell “Welcome in” with the brightest of smiles. I consistently have EXCELLENT experiences at this location. Danielle is always helpful with sale information and she’s so kind - she ran the bag out to me because it wouldn’t fit in the drive thru window box. That’s a kindness rarely seen in retail.

Also - have ordered delivery a few times and wanted to give a shout out to Mike, Chris, and Laura? I hope I got those names right. The delivery folks are very accommodating and pleasant to interact with.

On Saturday, September 13th around 3 PM, I went through the drive-thru at Curaleaf. While Bernadette was helping me, she accidentally left her mic open and I overheard her speaking with another employee. The other lady peeked out to look at me and said, “He’s not a tipper.” After that, my service felt delayed.

When Bernadette finally handed me my change in the basket, I left a portion of it as a tip anyway. The other employee then remarked, “See, I told you.” They clearly didn’t notice the tip I had left.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be judged or spoken about like that, especially in a medical facility. In times when many people are already struggling financially, it’s outrageous that tipping culture is being pushed onto patients picking up their medicine.

I don’t just hold the employees accountable for this poor conduct—I also hold Curaleaf responsible. If your staff were properly compensated, customers wouldn’t be pressured to subsidize their wages with tips while paying for medical products.

Every time I walk into the dispensary, Daniella greets me with a smile and unmatched energy. She’s friendly, respectful, and always makes the experience feel personal. Whether it’s helping me find the right product or just having a good laugh, she brings positive vibes every time.

What stands out most is how down-to-earth and knowledgeable she is — you can tell she really cares about her customers. Daniella makes you feel welcome and appreciated from the second you walk in.

Curaleaf is lucky to have her. She’s definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!
