AYR has to be one of the cleanest best priced best products best dispensary I've ever been to in the country. The front staff is absolutely phenomenal. They go above and beyond out of their way to help you out the patient. You are treated like a normal human being it is a very homey environment would not go anywhere else, but to AYR Saint Augustine and they have the best products which is a perk. The front staff is the best but also the product is good too.

I can’t say enough good things about Mia at AYR Cannabis Dispensary. Every time I come in, she greets me with such warmth and friendliness—it genuinely makes my day. On my last visit, she went above and beyond by offering to update my nickname in the system so I’d be addressed by my actual name (Cory) instead of my deadname. That simple, thoughtful gesture meant so much.

It’s clear Mia truly cares about her customers—not just as shoppers, but as people. Her respect, kindness, and attention to detail make this dispensary feel like a safe and welcoming space. As a queer customer, I’m incredibly grateful to have an inclusive and affirming place like this in the area. I actually drive out of my way to come here because the service is that good.

Mia helped me understand the process and made awesome recommendations when I told her what I was looking for! She was very personable and knowledgeable and I will definitely be returning!

I have learned so much from the wonderful employees at your St. Augustine store. I am 76 years old and am always asking some of the dumbest questions, yet they are so patient and willing to help. The manager is phenomenal. Yesterday I asked her to teach me how to figure out how to interpret the numbers showing how much i could purchase before I renew my card next month. She was thorough and I totally understood. I was a teacher for 40 years so I know a good teacher when I meet one, and your manager definitely falls into that category!
