Product is always A +++. Customer service = id actually like to meet the hiring manager because they have hired some amazing people. I’ve never felt judged.  I always mess my orders up and they are so helpful.   Thank you all
Also to the one star dude below. Calling someone large is rude and there are times on a Saturday before 4/20 they might be a little busy. But yeah large is not a way to talk about a human

Even as a loyal customer I think the service is trash. The efficiency of the staff tonight is truly pathetic. Wasted a half hour of my day.

Great staff. I put my online orders in wrong twice and they are always very cool and helpful.

Still not a fan on how trulieve does their walk-Ins. One of the only dispensaries where there is a separate room where your card gets checked then you get called up. All the other dispensaries you want in to the register and present your card. Now it would be a big deal if there was always someone to scan your card in the separate room but there isn’t. If your understaffed adapt to how you do business.
