The guys in there were extremely nice and even gave me a couple of good snorkeling spots as we came from the west side of Florida on a day trip!

Walk in with 2 people ahead of me with 1 already ordering at the counter. No big deal. Patiently wait as 15 minutes goes by and I’m next to go. A lady walks in and I’m told she’s expedited so she gets to go ahead of me. Im told I’ll have to wait longer. There is a total of 3 customers with 3 employees working and I’m waiting 20 minutes without any sort of communication. This is a dispensary. Not on boarding pre check. Terrible customer service

I enjoy going in and receding the help that I need and the staff is absolutely wonderful

Person sees there is people there. Shopping or what? Great greeting. No I have an order. Didn’t even look when I responded. Then ignored me. I finally got up to check in and the person says I thought you said you were with him. I said you didn’t pay attention. Not even an apology. What kind of customer service do you have ? This location sucks. Will not return when there are so many dispensaries that offer actual customer service.

They have never been crowded when I go there. Employees are always very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this one! They take the time to make sure you're satisfied before you leave there!
