I normally come in for pick up orders, these last couple times I've had the pleasure of working with Ilore, who is now my absolute favorite part of picking up. I can always count on her for good vibes, the best nails I've seen in the city, and knowledge on products and what deals are going on. Thank you so much for making my experience special girlie! Bad customer experience. Walked up to the counter and was told to use a kiosk. The lady at the cash register acts like she can't see my balance at the register. Makes no sense. Then you Want me to tip you after I order via a kiosk?

Went down the street to fluent. Was greeted by a person. Was offered discounts. I even gave them a tip because i saved money and had a pleasant experience with their staff. Can not say the same for this sun burn location. Should mention that other customers in the fluent store recognized sunburn as being a royal PITA, unlike any other dispensary experience

Brandy and James(?) (the older gentleman) were so quick and very welcoming! They definitely deserve to receive tips. It's a real shame they aren't allowed to take them. Love this location otherwise!

The staff and buds at sun burn are top notch. Mary and Jay are two budtenders that have stuck out and provided wonderful customer service and advice on their products. Highly enjoyable experience!

update: Taylor is amazing and helped everyone's so fast even though she was the only person working there awesome job!

Seth and Cody were awesome, helped me get my pickup orders out the door and fast. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and high quality product. Will definitely keep coming back for the sales and chill vibes. Thanks guys! Definitely a rocking dispensary 😉

Sunburn
