GrowHealthy Dispensary - Deerfield Beach

Extremely appreciative of the staff at this location!  Have visited numerous dispensaries over the years and have never been greeted by someone as welcoming or more importantly as knowledgeable as Rissa.  She took the extra time to guide me through some of the science behind the strains and even helped me realize in the past I wasn't making the best choices for my needs.  Absolutely top tier experience and will be an ongoing customer! Thank you for the help and for hiring quality/caring/knowledgeable staff!

Isabella was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable. I had a for my first visit was very amazing. with her,Cash me out and letting me know pricing programs and different discount programs and the promotions that you guys were having today. I really appreciate your service. I will be coming back and I will tell other people about this because of her. She was a very friendly.

Nice place,  wouldn’t go back!  I have several issues with grow healthy products.

#1 containers not sealed in any way to tell if they have been opened or tampered with after being filled.  No safety seals of any kind on products.

#2 Why don’t you list the names on the product?  You get random initials on the containers that you have to go back to the website to figure out what is what.  Why can’t you print the name on the label instead of initials?   (See pic )

#3. No way to tell what is Indica? Sativa? Hybrid?  Labels do not say AT ALL.  (See pic)  If this is important to you, once you get home,  you need to take every bottle and go back to the website to try and figure out (by the product initials not by name) what to take during the day and what to take at night.

#4.  Quality was just okay.  Some of the buds were dried out,  some tasted funky.  I would not run back because nothing was crazy good.  All just OK

#5. No first time discount because apparently if you don’t ask, you get no discount. I didn’t realize it until after I left. At every other dispensary, I’ve been to it’s automatic, but not here.   If I’m not in the computer, it’s my first time here, and you know it!  Overall a poor experience.
My first visit and my last.   Location beautiful, products, packaging, and labeling have major issues.

First time shopping experience with Melissa at GrowHealthy. She was extremely courageous and knowledgeable, who immediately put myself at ease. She helped pick out various strains in order to help with my condition and the expected outcome of the MM. Absolutely amazing service.

Staff here is nice, but the last 3 times I've come in, both the ATM and card readers were not functioning. As it is, the cartridges clog badly before I am halfway through them, and I only come here because the sales are just good enough to offset how poorly made the cartridges are. Today I almost didn't get to make my purchase because by the time I got there and found out I couldn't pay with card I had less than 10min to drive somewhere with a functional ATM and back before closing, barely making it back at 8:29pm. If I come back next time and the card reader and/or ATM is still broken, it will be my last time buying from here. I'd rather pay the extra $5 or $10 at the several dispensaries nearby and not have to deal with the payment issues and clogging cartridges
