It was a pleasure to shop at AYR Midtown, especially with Paola, the manager. She is super sweet and helpful and answers any questions you may have, no matter how many. She has a lot of patience and knowledge and gives great recommendations. I bought a device I've never used before and she graciously explained how to use it and how to take care of it properly and recommended which concentrates to use. The vibe there was great, and she and Alexandra were accommodating and kind. I look forward to shopping with AYR, especially if they will be there :)

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nick Garcia during my visit, and I was thoroughly impressed. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. Nick clearly knows his stuff—he took the time to explain the different types of CBD and THC products, their effects, and made thoughtful recommendations based on my needs.
