This store is so knowledgeable and welcoming!
It was my first time shopping and Nancy took me under her wing! She was awesome! She explained everything I needed to know, answered all my questions, and was all around super friendly.
As soon as I walked in she was inviting and excited to see me. I felt super welcomed by the staff working, the ginger and dark haired guy as well! (5/9/25 around 2pm)

These folks are very kind. Max helped my mom today. Her experience was wonderful, like always. She often has questions about the specific products and they always take their time to pull out the information on everything and offer expertise and guidance with passion and care. Thanks!

In all my years of smoking, I’ve never had a live resin cartridge look almost black and case burnt. I called and asked if I could exchange it, and she was very rude and told me that it’s because of all the turbines that are in the cartridge, which I know is not completely true. And like I said she was super rude. She did offer me 10% off, but would not exchange the cartridge. If you want a good live resin cartridge I don’t suggest going here and I do suggest that the employee she maybe be a little bit nicer on the phone When it comes to customer service

Absolutely LOVE shopping at AYR. Kourtney and Nancy are some of the best budtenders you will ever come across. Extremely knowledgeable and always make my experience so easy and efficient. You will get that service from the whole staff, truly best store in Fort Walton Beach.

This place is super amazing and knowledgeable.  WE got to meet Miss nosey nancy today . She is so great and taught us so much.  She definitely took her time with us and got us out there with the best possible.  We also met max and he is wonderful too .
