I love Ayr The prices are great. The flower is good but when you come into a place and you order something and you expect to have that and you start driving home and you realize that they changed your order because they want to give you a higher percentage that’s not fair then you can’t return anything you can’t come back to the store. They think they’re hooking you up but they changed your order. Let you leave and then you can’t return anything bad business.!

Great customer service! Great prices! No long wait times. Davon and Jackson are super helpful but everyone who works there is very respectful and helpful.

The staff is super friendly and I really enjoy placing my orders here, but every time I go it's really loud with all the fans and makes it hard to hear when ordering. I feel like I'm yelling at the staff when I'm just trying to place an order, and there's a stale smell every time I walk in. I dont know if management is just waiting for someone to come fix it, but it needs to be soon, I feel bad for the workers and customers with all the noise and the smell.

First time goin in this store. Wasn't sure what I was gonna get but luckily Davin and Jackson was in there they helped me figure out what was best for me ... If your ever up this way come in and they will help you with anything you need. 5 out of 5.

Just had the worst experience there. I understand policy that my husband couldn't read me the menu but the manager Garret was the rudest. He said my husband couldn't read the menu to me and I told him that's fine and I told my husband to wait in the car. I told them I just had a procedure on my eyes and I could hardly see or read . The manager Garrett nor the bud tender or the other manager on duty offered to read the menu to me. When I asked for Garrett name bc he came to my register, he got out of hand bc I asked for his name, then they refused to sell me any product bc  when Garrett asked why I asked for his name, I told him I was going to call corporate. If corporate or higher ups see this, watch your store tape. I didn't interfere with him in his patient when he came to the register where I was at. All three of the guys were very rude and didn't even try to accommodate me and my medical situation. I have never been to a dispensary where everyone was so rude. Never again. I'll stick with Trulieve or anything else other than whatever AYR is.
