This was an even better experience than I anticipated! As I approached the entrance I was surprised to see Steve cleaning the windows and the parking area very attentive to detail! Then when I went in I was helped and greeted by Jen and boy what an experience! She was very knowledgeable for a guy like me that had question after question and she wasn’t bothered but very patient! She even made some great recommendations and needed up saving me 60$ !! Most places try to get what they can and she was getting me the best deal! The icing on the cakes is that the discount options here are stackable in most cases ! Other places I’ve been do have t done this! I will definitely be back and if you are on your way to the keys , and need some trees ( rhyming !) there is not other choice !

All the employees in the Florida City AYR are amazing, super nice... everything good until I opened my Live Resin cart. The color of the oil looks like is filled with wine. It is super dark. It was packed in February. I'm pretty sure that is not enough time for the oil to change colors like this. I'm aware that Live Resin oil is a little darker than distillate but this one is beyond that. I don't know what to do.

The attention provided by the gentleman working there was excellent. He took his time to explain all the features to me and guided me toward the best option for my condition. I highly recommend this place for its professionalism and outstanding customer service.
