AYR Cannabis Dispensary Boca Raton

Went in to AYR today for the first time in a very long time. I met Daryl today and his customer service was exceptional. I had questions about some of the new product lines that came out, he answered each one diligently and made sure to really connect with me to ensure my experience was nothing less than 5 stars. I really appreciate it, as most dispensaries don’t display this level of customer service

Best dispensary in Palm Beach County!! I can’t even pick a favorite employee. Dylan, Brian, Santi and Mitch are incredible human beings. They are extremely knowledgeable about the product and never fail to deliver 5 star customer service. The store manager Jess is lovely and so helpful always. I had the pleasure of meeting the district manager Mitch who was so kind he made my day! I never leave this place without being a little happier than when I walked in. 😊💕😊!!

Dylan was super helpful. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and making sure things go smoothly for customers. Definitely someone who makes the whole place feel more welcoming.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Santi and Brian! Every time I come in, they are beyond helpful, welcoming, and make the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. They’re both super knowledgeable and always make sure I’m taken care of — plus they’re just genuinely good people. You can really tell they care about their customers. I always leave with a smile. They have wonderful deals, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Brian and Jessica were super helpful on my most recent visit. I always appreciate the staff’s kindness and hospitality here! They’re great, and I highly recommend!
